I have used the a/c and heater parts from the company AC Global, Inc. They will fit perfectly the first time, unlike most if not all of the others, and they have delivered very good performance. Their products appear on Ebay and are sold by ccsautoparts. ccsautoparts also sells other brands besides AC Global, Inc, but they do not necessarily fit properly without modification on our cars. So I recommend going with products from AC Global rather than the one you are considering. The one you are considering doesn't look original enough to me.

We had one of our members buy one of their heater cores for his 1971 Chrysler New Yorker that came from AC Global, but it didn't fit quite right the first time, so he sent back an original one and they replicated it in quick order with slight modifications to make sure it would fit and sent him a replacement one that fit perfectly. They will also sell you an aluminum one or a copper one, although the copper one might cost a little more, in my view may well be worth the extra cost to an aluminum one for use in these early cars. This same member also bought an evaporator and condenser from them that did fit perfectly the first time.

Here is the thread that discusses what Tim went through in getting a proper heater core for his 1971 Chrysler New Yorker:

AC Global

I personally have used their a/c condensers and they have worked perfectly as well and perform better than my original one on my 1971 Chrysler 300 - I got even lower temperatures out of my a/c ducts than ever before because their consenders are also designed to be used with the R134 refrigerant that uses higher pressures than systems with R12 and they are also more efficient than the original ones on our cars because condensers on R134 cars have to be more efficient to get as cool temperatures than the original ones for the R12 cars that they originally came with.

In talking with a friend of mine, he is saying some of the copper used in piping these days isn't real quality stuff, so I am not sure on the relative benefit of copper vs. aluminum on our cars at this point. Maybe aluminum might be a better choice, but I am not sure how to tell? I wish AC Global would do brass, but they said it is too expensive.
