Hello,

Engine back in after rebuilt and the frame in the engine bay is rustfree and painted . I was wondering if I should seperate the chassis from the subframe too just to reach all spots of the sub frame properly (the frame is in great condition and it would be doable without seperation.) Is it difficult to do or just unbolt everything?

What kind of wheels or moveable jackstand would be needed for the subframe with engine or the chassis? If anybody did that and got some helpful advices I would be very happy.

With the motor back in I don't see much point.
Typically the whole stub frame gets pulled with motor/trans attached and then motor gets pulled.
A good example is in this thread:

Me? I left my stub in but detailed everything while t he motor was out..

Alright. Yes that’s what I did too . Everything up to the firewall Is done . Was just wondering how to do the part that’s bolted to the chassis and how to reach on top of thatframe part .
