I don't but I would be very interested to hear about your car and what you are doing .

65 300 383 auto car. Looking to let her breathe a little better to go with the aftermarket holley carb and intake. Also deciding what range gears to go with to move that weight a little quicker for spirited around town driving.

Like the old saying goes ,there are many ways to skin a cat.

Does it have dual exhaust already?

Take it from a guy with a 72.
They are nice but you might be better
Off with nice factory manifolds.
It was back in 98 but I remember adjusting
One side with a hammer for torsion clearance, flipping the shift lever, a life of insulator boots & oh yeah, praying the starter never has to come out. Weigh the
Pros & cons first.

What do you want from this old car specifically that it does not do now?

It does have dual exhaust now it's just not fabricated well. The car runs very well as it sits and has good power but for the weight it just needs a little more go.

What is the rear end ratio?

I have headers, those expensive tti ones and I love them. But you don't need them. The manifolds will work fine, and the tti kit is awesome, practically falls into place.

I hear nothing but great stuff about TTI headers.
To the OP ,have you already gone through the car , tuning it up check the carb ,set the points or upgrade the ignition etc? Seems like the car is new to you.

I actually just a couple days ago went through and changed the fluids, rebuilt the holley carb on it, set the timing and tuned her up. Runs fantastic. Has electronic ignition already. The car is new to me.

Headers won't do anything for a basically stock engine. I put them on because I hated the homemade dual wall pipes some idiot put on, without hangers! I should have just got the tti kit from the manifold back, but I didn't care, and thought the car was going to get a stout 440 at some point. Cam and carb is all I did. They look great though!

It will eventually get a cam and springs. In the meantime I'd like the nice engine music Haha
