Greetings FCBO Community!

I recently picked up a 1966 Plymouth Sport Fury. I believe it was originally a 318 LA car but it has been converted to a 440. There is a bit of a laundry list of things to fix, but it's a good starting point for my two teenage kids and I. Most importantly, I'm working on building another generation of Mopar enthusiasts!

The first thing I've to do is get the throttle working properly. It's currently very difficult to press the throttle and the result is an 'all-or-nothing' approach to acceleration. The previous owner installed one of those universal throttle cables and I think it's kinked too tightly where is comes out of the firewall. Is there a good solution for a throttle cable in these very tight situations? I used to ride motorcycles and I remember there was a hard-piped bend where the cable attached to the housing. I'm wondering if something like that is available for this sort of situation.
