Thanks for the post. 2020 miles? I think not, I'm sure it's a typo. An interested party would need to get eyes on the undercarriage.

I spy with my little eye, a 66 Polara in the background.

Interesting color, definitely not an OEM offering from 71 but it looks good on that body style. Some pics of the interior, trunk, and under the hood would be very useful.

Hard to tell as the pictures have been taken when the paint was wet. I thought it might be E7 burnished red? Seems to be a little too dark for E7 though

I agree with you Marv, it looks like E7 burnished red metallic. Looks like it is a car worth looking into if you don't mind a 4 door.

Hmm..Ok,I thought E7 was quite a bit different than that colour but with repaints and fading and different lighting, maybe it is.
If it was close to me,I'd be tempted because it is such a seldom seen colour.

The listing doesn't indicate a repaint, and the deteriorating condition around the rear C pillar seams also tend so reinforce that is likely original paint. I believe from what I am seeing (a largely unmolested car on the exterior) it is worth checking out. You never know....................

Thought you were thinning the herd... :poke:

You are correct Stan.

This particular car might just be a surprise based on my observations from what is in the listing and might actually be worthy of saving if we have more information - but it will not be saved by me! :)

Just to follow up on this car, the owner (nice guy but not too familiar with these cars) said he has put about 2K miles on it since he has owned it but has not driven it for some time now. He said the previous owner he bought it from had it some 20 years and total miles on the car are just over 100K miles. He said being a Georgia car it doesn't seem to have much of any rust. But since the car has been sitting for awhile, an inspection underneath would be warranted. It has a 360-2 bbl in it with bench seats. I suspect it stopped being driven when the 2 bbl Holley carburetor crapped out since they all have the tendency to warp the airhorns due to the tension of air cleaners being tightend down too tight. Still looks like a good candidate perhaps for someone who appreciates the 71 Plymouths to take it to the next level.
