does anybody know how to repair the dash pad on a 67 polara? or know of a company that can fix them or that sells reproductions?

I would suggest a complete replacement or professional redo. I did my own on a 68' 300 that had three very small cracks and took me about 6 tries to get it right. Used products from Polyvance. Not discrediting them in any way but it takes some practice and knowledge of different materials and how they expand and contract at various rates. I live in a cold (-25 celicius in winter) climate 6 months and when I thought I had it perfected: when the sun hit it, up came the repair spots. Yours I think requires reforming/re-foaming which is why I suggest someone who has experience.

Just dashes is spendy but perfect. If you are going for a complete restoration, it is the best option besides a perfect one from a parts car (very unlikely).
If for a driver and you have time to invest, you can try to find replacement vinyl, strip the old. You will likely need a heat gun to loosen the adhesive. Fill in the cracks with some kind of structural foam. Sand smooth. then devise or find a large vacuum bag. Use adhesive and heat to stretch the vinyl and use the vacuum bag to form adhesive to the vinyl. May not be perfect, but crack free.

No I have not done this, but would try someday for the right car. For my ‘68 Polara I was going for perfection so sent it to just dashes.
