The wires could reproduction. He got this in 2004. In that amount of time, I am pretty sure the originals would look aged with the Chrysler lettering a little more faded.
I bought Chrysler repro dated wires for mine in 2006. Back when Year one attempted a C-body catalogue.
I also bought a “date correct” Coil. Which likely doesn’t matter because when it is installed you can’t see the date anyway.
I will agree it is in very nice original condition keeping it period correct.

They weren’t always the most accurate, and I think they found there were less C-body owners spending money. But when the internet was not as organized it was a good catalogue to go to to find some of the brackets, springs and other smalls.
Around 2006 they were one of the few options to find reproduction parts to get as close to original as possible. You paid for the parts, but was very convenient to buy many parts from one place. I always waited around holidays to order parts as they frequently had 15% off sales.

When I got this 69 it still had the Factory plug wires, belts and lower radiator hose.
That was in 2009.

This is how I would expect 40 year old wires to look. The heat of the engine compartment and manifolds tend to age things.
It is not impossible that the wires in the video are original, but I believe improbable based on the excellent condition.

Off hand, I'd suspect somebody put some repro wires on it. At one time, I believe you could get various dates on them, to match the build date of the vehicle (pre-date the build date, that is). But then, too, puitting repro wires on a Chrysler OR having an owner who might know about them, might be "a stretch" for some "normal" owner or their mechanic. If it's lived it's life in the upper mid-west, it's possible they might still be original to the car. As long s they're not "hard", aren't fragile, and no mis-fires . . . or electrica shows after dark, don't change a thing.

1965 was the only year black was factory used for the positive cable.
