That appears to be a very nice car and only the second Chrysler I have ever seen in original FY1 yellow.

The second one I have seen is my 71 New Yorker. FY1 in 1970 must have been a late introduction high impact color since the showroom catalogs didn't show that color option in the initial release at least. But the fender tag for this convertible confirms it.

But I did have a 1970 Chrysler 300 convertible that was EV2 also from the factory (Hemi Orange), which explains perhaps the low volume of such colors in 1970.

But FY1 wasn't popular in 1971 either even when it was available as a regular production option from the start of production.

Back to CM27T0C235784 -- @Timmy 300 ragtop, if you have not yet sold the car and would like to show it to a small group of fellow C-body owners, then you might be interested in the 2020 CATL Drive. The plan is to drive to the Indiana Dunes from Rockford, IL and back:

Rain-day make-up date is the following Sunday. Hopefully we are lucky and the 20th it will be!
