Description
I have here a very rare collectable low production 1975 Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe. Beautiful car in beautiful shape. 27 thousand original miles, dark jade green interior and exterior, 440 big block that purs, beautiful paint. Car was just hand washed, clay bared, and hand waxed, mint vinyl top, all leather and vinyl treated with conditioner. Starts, shifts and drives perfectly. No cracks or chips in glass. Clean engine bay and trunk. Mint and comfy interior with velour seats. Nice tires lots of tread and are not weather checked. Interior panels and dash in mint shape. Looking for $15000 When was the last time you saw one of these? Being that this is one of 1641 made, it probably hasn’t been recent. Commando1: I got some extra pictures from this kid a couple weeks ago and I'm glad I did! You can see surface rust on the lower extremities and then noticed runs in the green paint, also overspray you can see on the leaf springs....you think they wanted to cover something up? Interior is good....not excellent! Hasn't been run much at all has some minor issues with locks, AC, ect. It could be a nice one but the paint cover up should cause concern... but it looks good from 20 feet!

It's $11,400 USD which I think is full retail if it was perfect. Since it's not $6,000-$7000 USD might be all the money for this. That said I WANT IT!

^^He's dropped the the price from $16,500 to $15K Cad. I was thinking about making an offer and I think you're probably right about $6K-$7K USD! Anybody want extra pictures I think he'll send them to you plus I've kept what he sent me.

Pretty sure I saw this advertised in for around 1/3 of this persons asking price, and without the cut and polish just a couple weeks ago. Maybe it was this cars twin. I thought it was a nice deal at the previous price.

Oh...No doubt! It has a lot of potential but as I stated earlier, the over spray of paint, runs in the paint and the surface rust which is not uncommon for a car this age if it hasn't been stored properly...it makes me wonder what they're hiding? But at $6500 USD it's a fairly priced car.... IMO!

If any of you guys want the extra pix's I got.... give me a holler! I think I can accomplish that without screwing it up!

The side trim ruins this car. I normally can't take my eyes off a Formal Imperial, but I can with this one...it bugs me that bad.

Minus $4000 because of that trim and I know that if I tried to take it off, it'd peel paint with it and I'd be into paint work.

Sure you have the right...Yours appear to be stock stainless trim, which look better in general and work with the white top...looks great on your car. The ones on the green Imperial are stick on junk and the color does not flow at all. My comment is to underline how surprised I am that I do not like this Imperial.

But as a general rule I prefer Formals with clean sides. I think it looks better and this Imperial would benefit from their removal in my opinion..

I was really excited about this car and then I got the extra pix's....It's a good car cosmetically I thought until I saw the over spray of green paint on both leaf springs. Then noticed runs in the paint! The car's been sitting for a while and plenty of potential but not for $14.5K Canadian!
