I bought an aluminum one on Ebay a couple weeks ago for about $80. Ended up getting busy and haven't installed it yet, but it looked like a nice piece out of the box.

Would help if a YEAR was stated...
And B and RB would still be the same ............

What is the casting number on yours? I have a few laying around but without matching the casting number there's not a real guarantee of an identical match.

Drew you need one from a 1966 and older. The alternator bracket bolt boss on the water neck is moved and the temp sender locator is moved on a 1967 and newer housing.

many new aluminum housings have both bolt bosses on them now.

does your car have A/C or not? That boss on the top drivers side is sometimes a different width for AC. It’s. The top bolt in your PS pump mounting.

griswoldOO,
I mentioned in a Post a short time ago I had Purchased a Aluminium Housing Super Cheap at A$33.00.( As I remember they used to be around $150.00)
A Friend pointed out that there had been a Porous Batch of Housings floating about, so I can only suggest that you Paint the Inside to Seal the Housing just to be Safe.
Regards Tony.M
