My reference was to only letter and Hurst cars. I doubt that any group knows more about them than the letter clubs. Many differences from the remainder of the C-bodies. And parts sources? Do you know who has Heat riser thermostats, choke thermostats, rebuild kits for vacuum operated windshield washer pumps, pre 1962 headlight switches, etc. Not claiming that anyone knows everything and am amazed that a clarification of terms could lead to this exchange. Hopefully everyone will share their knowledge and help. My last post on this thread.

They always share knowledge. When one like yourself however tries to disprove the truth about our beloved Cs, We get uptight.

FYI the letter clubs are pre Cs so they know very little nor do they even look at our Cs. The 300-H nomenclature proves the point.

I own several letter cars including a 1962 Chrysler 300H and also have a 1970 Chrysler 300 Hurst. I am also a member of both letter car series clubs and I don't care what anyone wants to call them - the context is always obvious in any comments about the cars. And both clubs recognize the Hursts as special cars as well and they show up in the for sale section of the club publications as well.
