Painting over stains on white vinyl seats?

I can relate, I did the same and taught myself to do upholstery to re-do my A-100 seats! I wonder if the Pep-boys paint was the problem?

I’m pretty sure It was me.

Then again those armrests sure were oily to the touch right out of the plastic. God only knows how old they were...

If purple power doesn't remove the stains, then they won't come out. best to dilute with water. let stand for a short time.
