1967 Plymouth Fury ll Sedan - $3,800 - Jacksonville, Florida

CL Description

1967 Fury ll, original paint, 318, all original except the 4 barrel intake and Edelbrock carb. Super solid, no rust thru. The tires are in great shape. Ac car but no freon in the system. Could use an alignment. It's is not a police package car but has had police items added. Great car to load the family up and cruise.

That is an after market air cleaner, carb and intake. 318 partial clone cruiser not worth the asking price.

Out of curiosity, does that lower the asking price, or does that depend on a car by car basis. I'm just wondering how much originality affects the price. I would put this about about $2000.
Thanks,

Originality is important if one is looking at the car as a collector item. Rule of thumb is to deduct the cost of replacing non factory parts from the fair market value. Some stuff, wear parts, do not make a lot of difference, but obvious things like the air cleaner, carb and manifold matter, also matters that the engine is the wrong color, suggests it might not be correct for the application. A 318 real cruiser would probably bring the $2K, A partial clone, not likely, probably closer to $1k. This is also a standard brake, drum brake car with non-functional A/C.
