Nice. You can always build a shed for your yard tools and other storage. The integral garage in my house is 13'x25'. It is tight with my workbench, tool box, compressor and storage shelves but I make it work most of the time. I have a 10'x12' shed in my yard for storage and lawn equipment.

No, no. No yard tools in the garage. That is what a shed is for.
