I was wondering the paint codes for the black and white for proper bluesmobile paint also pricing best place to go and tips on painting and sanding your self, also molding removal and vinal top removal and body filler for back pillar

they should about everything regarding building a bluesmobile
 
most of your questions can be answered by searching this board, particularly the restoration forum and depending on your abilities and time, much you can probably do yourself. Paint will be expensive. As you'll find, many on here are purists, including me but it's your car, do what you want. Keep in mind, once you go down this path, you will likely reduce any value your car has. @monaco75 is probably your best resource for advice on your project.

Can I see a pic of the car before you ruin it beyond the point of no return.
 
im more into the the star and colors being little more accurate n the paint being nicer
