Shows signs of considerable outside storage, most likely with the top down given the condition of the interior. A detailed inspection would be needed. If the car is solid, it is probably worth the asking price, but it will be a time consuming and expensive vehicle to bring back.

It always amazes me how people who own cars that have either a sentimental attachment or the hope of restoring it one day, don’t put a car cover or even just a tarp from Home Depot on it to keep out some of the elements.

I have never understood the fascination with the CA black plate.
It doesnt make the car any better or worth any more.

CA black and yellow plates suggest the car has likely not been out of state ever or had many different owners. Most folks value that the car has not been subject to salt, snow or the like or been messed with much so it is likely pretty free of rust or modifications, i.e. like this car appears.
