This is CE23K1C152299, a 1971 Newport Royal that was listed for sale on CL by member @roxtar69 earlier this year after having been advertised unsuccessfully on FCBO last December. The asking price initially was $8k, but later went down to $5k.

yeah it does appear to be looking worse. and for sale again in a short time after last sale.

not a buyer (so no comment on price) but i think description and appearance (without more detailed pics) can only be reconciled with "eyes on" for a serious buyer.

i still like it and hope it settles in somewhere and gets the stuff it needs.
