Metal In Engine After Cam Break In

Honestly Doug I would run it, especially if it does not make noise.
Yea I will. If it's left over from machining, it will clean up, if not, it's no big loss. It's a boat anchor with a cam and headers.

I had to step away from this deal while I get my car back out to race.

I took it out Friday night and jammed it into third....really good.
Popped the side cover off and the detent comb kinda jammed itself into the sleeve that holds the springs/ball. Ordered some new shaft seals and side gasket while I'm in there.

Been running around putting miles on the old Dodge, there doesn't seem to be any more loose crap ending up in the filter.

Holds 25 lbs hot idle, 75 lbs once off idle. Engine seems to be loosening up a bit, when I first got out in it did some deaccelerations to seat the rings.
Had to work on the breaks some.

That cap must have been made in China, can't spell Brakes.
