Always liked AMC. Came close to buying an Ambassador once.

mid-60's Ramblers had a nice upright/linear look to them...… this one is especially nice, and with the 327, no slouch. Hope it finds a good home...….

I would proudly cruise that around town. Very nice, cool looking wagon that you hardly see anymore. I grew up 3 blocks from a Rambler (AMC) dealership, Sable Motors Pittsburgh PA 15210. I even delivered their morning newspaper for a couple of years. I also worked on quite a few AMCs at the neighborhood Exxon station too.

Had a 1964 Rambler American 4 door, 6 cyl, manual trans for years. Paid 100.00 for it and it ran great!!

There was a set of snow chains with the receipt at Pep Boys in the trunk so I returned them and then had 50.00 into it.

This was maybe 40 years ago and my roommate was buying weed from this woman so I went by her house
with him. She had 2 Ramblers and didn't need the 1964 so I bought it. The interior was perfect too!

All I did was paint it....no bodywork required.

Seats folded down to make a bed.

A 4 year old could work on it. I was older but that was just for reference....................
