internets fantastic. humidity is about the same. mosquitos about the same. heat about the same. flatness is about the same. soil is about the same. youd trade alligators for rattlesnakes basically. but there gators in east tx...
no HOA you could build a compund here and people will give you thumbs up

I can deal with the gators a lot better than the snakes. They're just big cranky lizards that taste pretty good chunked up and fried. Of course Stan being in FL gets both gators and rattlers.
