Thank goodness for that!!!!

you need a 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern ( 5 x 114.3 in metric), but i dont know if there will be any clearance issues with the wheel openings - others here can advise on that

You need to know the back spacing needed in your application. What is the back spacing on the wheel you posted?

17x8 (5x114.3)zero offset 4.5 backspace with 245/45 tires fit on my 65 new yorker perfectly with no issues and my car is lowered.

Well all I can tell you is on my 69 Fury III on the rear I run 15/8 wheels with 4 1/2 back spacing with 275/60/15. They fit fine. But I don't think that will help you.

I run 17x8 4.5bs in the back and 17x7 3.5bs up front, 28.5" diameter tires on both in my 70.

No, just make sure you get the correct lug nuts for the rims, there are many different types

Don't forget the Lefty Tightly and Righty Loosey lug nuts if you replace them.

The left hand threads are just the front driver and passenger sides? Or they just one driver side front and back?

Check the threads. Don't go to a garage without telling these beasts with an impact wrench that the drivers side is reverse threads. They could snap them off. Both reverse threads are on the drivers side.
