73 Town & Country wagon skirts - how are they held on ?

Mark, I’m not a wagon guy, I have a 77 NYB. But I’m pretty certain those are held on by a tension bar that is mounted on the skirt and not a wing Bolt like on the 74 and up NYB’s

tx, im seeing a parts car tomorrow and wasnt sure.
want to be prepared, its in a field....... its going to be wet and muddy but at least theres no snow !

Well, reach under the skirt in the middle and there should be a Bar, lift up a bit and push it in towards the wheel then down, the skirt should pop off. Let me know, I’m curious now.

It is likely a wing-bolt as 70-71 Fury's used wing-bolts and pins but I don't know for sure.

Swing arm as I recall. Should be 2 pins on the skirt to locate it and 2 pins on the car body at rear that go into slots on brackets on the skirt (they are fibreglass on wagons).

and the results are swing arm / lever fasteners
