Cleaned up, a nice touch as a spare at a show or meet if it's your size, never put it on the car though.

Good rollers. I don't think the wheels are 7 1/2" wide. Or does 7.5 mean 7:50?

I think so...those look like those old 14x 5 inch rims. Only practical use is to put tubes in them and they could sit under a project in progress in a garage.
They do that a lot on Cold War Motors under their "Classic tires" feature...makes the cars in the yard look cool.
