What would tinted windows in 1967 look like? These windows definitely don't look tinted.

My 67 has a sticker on the back passenger side quarter Glass that says tinted windows.

For the build date you are correct in the 2nd decode, it was built on January 26. Regarding the paint I am not to sure about that one

This is a picture from the previous owner (my uncle) about 20 years ago. He had it painted all red.
