I considered buying this vehicle but my final decision was not to because it had too few options for my preferences such as power windows, power seat and others. But it at least has a/c and an am/fm non-stereo radio and speed control

Enrique was a really nice guy and straight shooter from what I could discern. He also has a lot more photos of the car that he could make available for it. I would not have hesitated to buy the car if it had more of the options I prefer on these cars. It needs some work on the front seats as is evident and the dashpad needs attention, and maybe the rear bumper needs some tweaking and at least the rear valence is still all there even though it has some cracks in it. The 73 Monacos were a one year only design in terms of the rear valence since that was the first year for the big rubber guards on them and so instead of properly making a die to stamp the valence out of steel, they simply made a mold to make them out of plastic due to the low volumes of this car expected (the 1974 models were all new and nothing was the same, so Dodge elected to take the cheapest route by making them out of plastic). As a result, most of them are completely missing or partly missing but that one seems repairable if the transport company that would get it to you doesn't mess it up further. I had my body/paint guy make one out of steel instead to do it the way Dodge should have.

That car seems to be all he said it was - a very clean, rust free original with low miles. I doubt you could do any better and the seller is first rate from what I could tell and the extra photos........................give him a call and talk with him.

The seller also has all the original paper work for the original one owner car so there is not doubt that it really is a one owner......................

Good luck.

Yes, it is now here in Germany and i am the owner here since one week. Got it registrated and the first drive was to the Moparshop Season Closer, which the Monaco successfully completed :D

Does anyone know how to contact the previous owner? Unfortunately i did not have any paperwork but the original title. Would love to have a little more history of the car.

I am very glad that this beautiful Monaco has a good new owner now in Germany to join all the other beauties over there.

I have posted the previous owner's email address in a separate private message to you.

Best wishes with the Monaco and please keep us posted on your progress with it.
