I've been trying to contact the seller via PM, has anybody heard from them?

Thank you for posting about CH23K9C263987 -- very nice color (EA4) and loaded. Whoever buys it will need to either give up on A/C or convert the H53 system to something more reliable than the 1969-1970 AutoTemp system.

No one here noticed the rear seat heather ?? H15..
Not EA4 but A4...ayilar...:poke::)
Nice car!!!

@69monaco — B7 is EB7 on a 1969 or a 1970. I don’t know about B5 because i have never seen that color on 1969 or 1970 C-bodies.

In 1969, R8 is DR8 as that shade of dark red (burgundy) was first offered in 1968. R6 however is ER6. The first letter is for the first year of offering as explained by @69CoronetRT in the link I provided.

This Chrysler tag does not have the “E” but, unless I have been misunderstanding colors all that time, this car is EA9.

Just checking...is EA9 a typo?

This car is A4. EA4, the same color, appears in 1970 under the new color coding.

@69monaco and @69CoronetRT — sorry for the waste of time, that’ll teach me not to text from the phone late at night after a long day.

The leather seats look to be in very nice condition. The headrests aren’t missing and the seams look tight. Although not clear to me, the driver seat bottom looks to be intact. The three sections of leather are separated with pleated fabric with vinyl piping ( I have the same leather option in my ‘68) and tend to pull apart where the piping attaches to the leather, as mine have with only 72,000 miles.

Just to avoid any misunterstandings: This is a black vinyl interior. Identically looking seats could be had in real leather in 1969, but only in tan color.

Has everyone here lost their mind?? How come no one has bought this car yet?? We’ve had eyes on it, it’s obviously in better than good condition AND it’s an under $10k Fusie with provenance, and it’s NOT green! Geez!

Thread is being dragged out like a story line on a soap opera tv show.
We are al waiting for better pics of the car hopefully outside with 3/4 views, etc.

cbarge beat me to it -- others have said it too earlier in the thread

like many people, perhaps, who can buy this car, i have been waiting for a "traditional" marketing effort.

Please, if you dont know me by now, I am NOT EVER and certainly not now dissin' anybody .. sellers or buyers.

however, just for me, thousands of miles away, i am alway hoping to get a sense of what a car needs. pictures and words, organized together in one place and at one time, helps me more easily decide.

commando1 teases me about liking stuff but announcing I am "not a buyer". I deserve the ribbing but i will make exceptions, again like many of you, for unique, saveable mopars. .

so would this car as it appears to be both unique and imminently saveable --- but i really cannot tell for myself. concours restorations are behind me .. this would just become a nice driver, and somebody else can make the other investments they may want for a car they always wanted.

anyway, I wish seller good luck and that somebody gets it and saves it in a appreciative new home.

unlikely will it be me, but it could be me ... Stan :poke:

"CUSTOMER DRIVE DON HOPKINS" in the broadcast sheet - wat does that mean? Was that a Detroit factory pick-up facility for Detroit customers?
