My 70 Fury 2 with a little bit better HP

Nice job, awesome car! I didn't know Holley made tank's, did that require modified brackets or anything? The six speed swap is going to be a game changer, I think that's a great idea. I'm sure you already know there is a tremec distributor in Calgary? I just found that out not too long ago, I have their name somewhere.
Yes Holley makes a tank with in-build fuel pump, is for B Bodys they bolt right in and fit perfectly on a C Body car.
Yes I know there is a company in Cow town that sell tremec’s.
I’m hoping that a trans from a challenger pops up for a few thousand bucks what I can use.

A B body tank, I didn't even think of that. And I hear you on the cost, I want one too, but that is a large amount to hand over. I've been saving my nickel's!

Very interesting swap. This is something I would like to do to the Father in law's 65 Sport Fury

Little bit more test driving and cleaning up the Fury

You put the 392 or 6.4 truck cam in it? While it's idling high it's not as lumpy as I thought it'd be. I've got a 392 cam for the 5.7 for my Coronet.

Is a 6.4 Challenger cam, I have to play a little bit more with my ICA valve to get my idle down it sits at 1050rpm at the moment and I like to get it down to 750rpm

Dying to know what sort of gas mileage you get with it. My stock 383 Fury got 14mpg hiway at best.

The panel to the left of the speedo is the EFI control panel. The panel on top of the bottom of the speedo is what exactly?

I gets about 20-19mpg I drove the car 120mls and toped it up with 24 litres is around 12li per 60mls

Love this car. Reliable, quick and has great patina. I always thought I wanted a "perfect" car but then after building a car with great paint and bod work it feels less fun then something like this.

I just rebuilt the 440 in my Belvedere this winter and keep second guessing not going the Gen 3 hemi route.

The weather was perfect to drive the Fury all day today after my buddy fixed a little oil leak on the car today.

Yes that’s right, 727 and 2:76 gears

Pretty impressive, I like all makes, but I was raised to like Chryco, haven't given much love to Daimler and FCA influenced times but the newer Hemi's are sounding good, I'm an auto mechanic by trade and have been giving a lot of love to the LS Chevy engine lately, have a camshaft to do in a 2012 5.7 Ram next week and in getting into that job, seeing how the Hemi is built, for lack of a better general description, it is quite similar to an LS but with Mopar staggered lifters, Hemi head and Mopar like rocker arms, getting into that motor, once you get the junk out of the way, the engine bay is more open than a Chevy and then I spy a barcode label on the valve cover, as your engine has, a very Mopar label, now hearing your results, I would speculate that the Hemi is better on fuel than an LS, I guess Chryco lived longer than I thought

From what I've read brake cleaner and heat equals a chemical reaction with extremely toxic and damaging fumes. Want to be very careful about using it and then weld or torch.
