I would shoot WD40 on all of the linkage/pivots/tracks/rollers etc. Windows and locks. Even the door latches. You may just get them working if you keep clicking up/down/up/down. Be happy if the windows only go an inch, then 2 inches, etc. Same with the locks. Don't hold the switch or lock button in position too long. I've rebuilt many window switches with fried contacts. Just keep "bumping".
I got quite a few MoPar windows / door locks going like this (20 years ago!). Follow up with white grease.
It's a messy job, but somebody (else!) has to do it.
