I sent a message.
I'm actually going to be right down my liberal Kansas soon as I need to tow a jeep down to my buddies place close to there.
Unfortunately, the liberal race track has closed. I believe last year.
Sucks that tracks are closing across the states.
Too much for insurance premiums.

Sorry, cream cheese on the L button.

Normally yes, but I have to say that I don't know one person who is Liberal that comes from anywhere around that area.

I'm sure there are some criminals and drug users down there though. I just don't know any of the libs.

So, opinions on price? I know not lots of pictures but there is a bit of a description.

I like political banter to an extent.
From bully to bullied.

But, is this car worth 4K if it's in perfect condition? Is it worth 10K?
I mean I just bought the same car, but as a custom for less than 2500.
It's well preserved but the second paint job is very faded.
Car needs maybe 3K to be really a reliable road car.
If this car doesn't have a ripped interior and the paint is truly as shiny as it looks in pictures is it worth twice what I paid for the other one? I would say yes as I (hopefully) wouldn't have to put any money into a shiny car.

I think he had it listed at 20K.
Received nothing near that in replies and has listed it as "best offer".
He won't message me back, text me or call me. Nor have I received a phone number.

I'm not in love with newports or anything just that it's showing up close to where I'm going and if it's cheap enough I'd be happy to kick around in a shiny grandpa car.

Given its appearance and the statement that it only has 55K miles with the high back seats that might well be in nice condition, I see the possibility of asking $10K for it and getting it. I personally like the color combination and see this one much like this one in terms of potential................

NOT MINE - 1971 Chrysler 300 4dr Hardtop - CA$12,000 - Oshawa, Ontario, Canada

Too bad the seller is so poor at knowing how to sell a vehicle that has that much potential.

Interesting. I had not considered the 300 to be in the newport qualification price range. I've always looked at the 300 as the upper model and therefore worth more in any case.
That 300 "tahitian walnut", I think I read, is a stunning looking car. And I really really like that interior color.

high back seats.
I'm not familiar with the difference's.
Will have to look through more threads for pictures.

Ah, I see. Like the seats I just got in the 71 custom.
Is this the correct one you speak of?

appears to be a tan interior.
Not a blemish in the fuzzy pixels of paint.
Trim doesn't seem to have any dings. crappy pics.

liberal is a nice town. I have been there many , many times. There is one of the largest salvage yards east of town. I have to resist stopping every time I drive through the place. lost of old machines in there. There is a 67 belvedere sitting on a hill, I see every time I go there.
