A facepalm doesn't mean your eye's hurt. It signifies disappointment. Particularly when it appears to be an incredibly straight, well applied paint job.

By the way, I've been saving that picture for a while. It's from one of my favourite shows, Stargate SG1, and yes, that's MacGyver. The Picard facepalm is classic, this is a "new" "meme", maybe? Anyhow, I thought this was an excellent opportunity for a debut!

To save anyone else figuring out what that artwork is.
I believe the red arrow points to '383' and the rest is 'MAGNUM'.
