I remember seeing a Gator grain topped green 70 Charger R/T in the late 70s back in St Paul MN . It was mint of course…. Left an impression on me. Of course I was already a Charger fan by then .

Makes me sick to think back to a 70 Monaco coupe I yanked a 440 out of for my 65 Coronet 500. It was loaded to the gills and IIRC had buckets and a console . Nice car. The shame…..

75-80 around here is dangerous… people passing you like you’re standing still. I prefer to cruise around 65 so screw them ! Besides the secondaries start opening by 70. I had my 70 Charger with a 383 mag upto 140 briefly back in the day . I had swapped in 2.76s . Front end was getting VERY light !
