From the photo it appears to be the inspection cover bolt that's missing.

17/64 (.265) drill for 1/4 -20 heli coil. Drill, tap, and helicoil should come as a set. Tap Chart Helicoil Threads

For the record I believe those are 1/4-20 x 1/2 Hex head bolt.

I have four Magnum 500 wheels and caps that I purchased new. 14 x 6" 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. Tires have been mounted but these have never been on the road. They may have some slight scratches or some black paint that will need touch up, but are in good over all condition. I'd like to get $110.00...
