    67 Monaco Dash lights

I have a 1967 Monaco and the left dash pod and turn signal didn't work when i got it. I found that the 3 pin plug in back of the left instrument pod came off. It supplied power to left signal, high beam indicator and instrument pod light. It's very hard to get hand up in there ...but I pushed...

Replacing rear u-joint on my 67 monaco

I am replacing the rear U-joint on my 67 Monaco. I removed the 4 small bolts/screws and The holding clamps and have the driveshaft supported. My question is if it is OK to now remove the driveshaft to make it easier to remove and replace the old u-joint? Or should I leave the driveshaft in...

What did you do to your C-body today....

I couldn’t stand the low speed clicking noise coming from the plastic center inserts of my hubcaps. After taking the center caps apart, I installed some dense foam rubber that I had saved from some packing material. They were absolutely perfect for keeping the center caps firmly in place. No...

Beautiful car, love the color. I’m a bit confused about the hubcaps. I thought you posted that you used a 15” tire? Isn’t that a 14 inch hubcap?

Open a 65 NYer door that does not want to open....

I have the same problem with my '67 Monaco 4-dr hardtop parts car. Both rear doors are stuck solid. We have tried and tried all that has been mentioned in the posts above. Never seen anything quite like it. Both my rear doors are stuck slightly open...probably for over 20 years while setting...

Yes absolutely. Got her on the parkway and found the speedo was now almost perfectly calibrated. With the old 205/70R -14” tires, speedo would read 65 mph and car was actually only going about 59 mph. Now at 65 the car is going almost 66 mph. I use the “Waze” app to check it...not perfect...
