    Caveat emptor

Wow, you are so full of bullshit. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) is the problem. I realize that nowadays certain types can't own up to their mistakes, it goes to the highest level. After reading my last post, it should be obvious to you that my actions were entirely above board, but...

    Caveat emptor

68PK, you assume an awful lot with your brash and insulting comment. Shooting your mouth off without having all the facts seems to be a new national obsession. No, you did not get that right. If you must know.... I purchased the car out of WV, and took it to Ohio where I was spending the...

    Caveat emptor

The car had an open title when I bought it. It was a valid OH title, signed by the owner and notarized. It should have been a simple matter of my buyer filling his info in as the buyer, and voila! the thing should have been processed. Evidently the MO-rons didn't like the fact that the title...

    Caveat emptor

PayPal tried to screw me big time. I sold a car on Ebay, it went to St. Louis. The buyer was happy with the car, but the Missouri BMV would not honor the Ohio title. I did all I could to help the buyer, but the MO BMV would not play ball. So, the buyer filed a complaint against me, making up...

    winters here...ready to ride...

You Canucks are some hardy souls, I'm descended from them myself don't 'cha know. But down here in Tampa, the weather is cooling off and we're just now getting the old cars out for the next 6 months of cruising and beach time. Dang I miss scraping that ice off the windshield...NOT! But I still...

    1974 Plymouth Fury

I found this car to be a very elegant and handsome car, and much less stodgy than the sister Monacos of the same vintage. If this thing is mechanically sound, then 8 or 9 grand would be a good price in my estimation. And you could just hop in and enjoy it.

    ALL CARS CRUSHED!!!

Right 68. I wouldn't go in there to by a wheel cylinder for list price, but the NOS fender moulding...well, that's just something that would take one hell of a lot of looking to find a decent piece. Whereas he found it in 3 minutes and it was NOS and perfect. The time saved was worth paying...

    ALL CARS CRUSHED!!!

AMS Obsolete....WOW. I had the opportunity this morning to visit AMS Obsolete outside of Fairmount, GA, and man what an experience. It's about 15 or so miles off of I-75 in rural Georgia, and once you travel into the driveway you see dozens and dozens of old Mopars in the woods surrounding...

    ALL CARS CRUSHED!!!

Hello all, I got some disturbing news this afternoon, and here's a little background.... Last year I was driving from Tampa to Columbus OH. I decided to bypass Atlanta and go through Athens, GA instead. I had a friend in Athens. The next morning I was heading up 441 out of Athens, it's a...
