C-body Dakota Front Disc Brake Swap

Definitely not, 97+ Dakota use a unitized hub and bearing unit with a 6 lug pattern, by using even 91-96 spindles you can back date them to 4.5x5 pattern as they use tapered roller bearings with a 1 piece rotor and hub unit.

    Backing plate question.

Yes, they are the same, 8. 25/8.75/9.25 and Dana 60 all use the same pattern to attach them, all backing plates have 5 holes punched, the 8.25 uses 4 of the 5, 8.75 and Dana use 5 of the holes and I can't remember without looking at the one beside my shop how many of the 5 holes the 9.25 uses. Are Poverty dishes all the same size?

In the Fuselage section, I periodically update it, mostly as I collect parts. Champagne taste on a ginger ale budget means trying to be resourceful and frugal. Nick

Are Poverty dishes all the same size?

They came in two sizes on passenger cars, 9" and 10". I believe they kept the 10" until 1967, but I may be wrong.
