I agree on all of your points I have a TQ on my 73 Satellite 318 wagon. Love it especially being a 3 on da tree. For the OP,if he is running the stock 68 cast iron intake and to run the TQ he may have to change the intake to fit the spreadbore TQ. Not sure if he wants to do that.

Never did like the O.E. Holley on my old 68 New Yorker. It was like an old Fender guitar-constantly tuning it,LOL!! I agree wth Dana,go with the dual feed Holley for your particular set up. Crisp throttle response,great overall performance whether cruising or eating up Mustwangs.
