Searching for return line on fuel system

Hello. There is no return line from the carb. If you would like to add a return line you can use a fuel filter designed for the 76 Chrysler v8s, it has a small metered return nipple. WIX 33040 WIX 33054.

    Fender Data Plate Help

"Built to Canadian specs but I have not discovered it for '65 cars yet; and, last, The car would have had a speedometer/odometer calibrated in kilometers. " Ummm, nope. KMs were not used in Canada until the late seventies. All four of my Canadian C bodies did not say "Built to Canadian specs"...

Searching for return line on fuel system

Hi folks. New to the forum. Here’s the scoop: 1961 Chrysler Newport. 361 automatic. Spent the day wrestling with rusty nuts and bolts but got the old fuel tank out and the new one in. After hooking up the fuel return line on the new tank I began to trace it forward towards the engine and lo and...

    Fender Data Plate Help

Thanks for posting the pix of the beautiful blue car, its VIN and fender tags, and for stimulating dialog from several of my fellow students of the tags. Attached is a report including analysis of the VIN and Fender Tags. Regarding the "Built in USA for delivery in Canada" discussions: The VIN...

    Our 67 ragtop

Your TRM code (on the fender tag or plate) is H6R. The H is trim "grade" - H = high. The 6 is Vinyl bucket seats. The R is the interior color - Red. I don't think it came with a radio. There's nothing under the R on the second line. a6 = center console b4 = front bucket seats h7 =...

l first saw it in high school 50 years ago. then caught it as part of classwork a couple times as undergrad, couple times in grad school, then a couple ties with female friends . its long, a little melodramatic, pushes the non pc button versus today, but you can get a lot out of it. i see why...

    NOT MINE 1967 Imperial convertible

"Golden touch tuner radio" is what the early 60's radio's were called. I noticed it has a speaker in the door that looks like the AM-FM stereo mutiplex radio option. I don't know if that was available in 67.

Yikes, the bumps under that top are grotesque. They remind me of the "body mods" that people get to have horns and such to look like a lizard or the devil or something...

    1971 Dealer demo. Wowsa!

At least until and including the 1973 model year, a radio was not standard issue with Imperials. Per the parts book, there was indeed an instrument cluster without radio wich translates into a "radio delete" car. I doubt that more than a handful cars were ordered without a radio, but it was...

answer in the morning. btw, the movie was 1939. many of us are nowhere near that old but we've seen it as adults. only a couple made that year ( and there are no green people or flying monkeys in this one) might come to mind--but really only one of them could heve all time biggest...
