Are you sure that the Road Wheel lug nuts are specific to them? I looked in the '70/71 parts manual and #2823848 for the rights and #2823849 for the lefts looks like the part number for the Rallye and Road Wheels. https://www.moparonlineperformance.com/sku/2823848.html

How about some center caps for C Body road wheels? Maybe the correct LH lug nuts also . I can pretty much guarantee you would have a lot of orders for the center caps and lugnuts.

I suspect that if you remove the center dome and look inside of that center part of the wheel, you'll find some nubs in there to center on the hub of the front wheel bearing "tower", which means only the rear wheels are "lug centric"? If the seats for the lug nuts are in good shape, if you are...
