Here is a very nice side mirror that is virtually pit free and has a good glass in it, the knob works fine too but needs a lick of chrome paint on...

The stainless strip is perfect, but the corner pieces are pitted, check the pics to see.

I do have them yes, but they are a bit powdery, I doubt they are much good?
MM, matte is different to satin too, matte has no sheen at all, it is totally flat, unlike satin which has about 50% shine to it.
