The (2) grounding straps in either side of the hood tells me it’s the real deal. Did that for all the extra equipment accessorizes.. I believe.
Maybe Siren mount.. Just a guess.
It appears the STUPIDITY that he added can easily be removed, plus hood repairs/replacement. More money than brains.... good looking car otherwise...
