Are there any companies doing seat upholstery for a 68 Monaco?
If not where can I buy the material so I can get my local Upholsterer to do them for me?
I checked with Legendary and they don't do anything for Monaco.
I just picked up another 68 Monaco 500 Convertible (I know I'm a sucker for punishment!)
This one is an automatic with a 318.
This one has a glass rear window, my first one has a plastic rear window.
My question is do I have to unzip the window before lowering the top or can I lower the top...
Lookin for the far left side dash bezel for a 68 Monaco Convertible.
This bezel contained the switches for the Headlights, Emergency flashers and the Convertible Top.
Would like to get the switches as well if possible.
I just found a 67 Monaco 500 to use as a parts car for my 68.
My rear quarters need to be replaced, is there any way to just take the entire rear (trunk, and both quarters) off the car and put it on mine?
Or should I just cut out what I need?
Is there a source for replacement nuts and bolts or does everyone just go to their local scrap yard.
I'm sure that you don't use nuts and bolts from your local hardware store.
My 68 Monaco has a paint code QQ1.
My understanding is that the first letter is the color of the roof, in this case it would be the convertible top.
Would that mean the top colour is Bright Blue Metallic?
I am looking for the bracket on the rear of my 68 Monaco 500 that the filler neck comes out through.
It goes from one quarter panel to the other and is attached to the chassis.
What is it called so I know what to ask for?
I have been told that all Monaco 500's came with the wide lower body trim. My car didn't have it when I got it.
Does anyone have any for sale or know where to get it?
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.
Here is the Fender Tag from my 68 Monaco 500.

Is there anywhere you can buy a lower ball joint for a 68 Monaco 500 with front disc brakes?
Everything I have seen is listed as for drum brakes only. What is the difference?
My 500 was originally equipped with disc brakes. The guy who had it before me took them off and replaced them with drums! Never worked!
I want to put disc brakes back on the car. I know the spindles are not the original, and I am not sure what they are off of.
What are my options?
I have been...
I own a 68 Monaco 500 convertible, that is in rough shape!
I am considering starting to restore it, but I want to know if it is really worth my time.
The car was equipped with a 383 4 bbl and a 4 speed manual tranny.
The original motor has been replaced.
The previous owner tried to replace...
I am looking for a Z Bar Bracket for my 68 Dodge Monaco 500 Convertible.
Does anyone know where I can get one?
Is there anyone making reproduction brackets for C bodies?
Thanks in advance
