Do I need to plumb in all 4 vapor lines from the accumulator to the tank or can I run one and cap off the other three? I’m not worried about collecting vapors I just want to make sure the new tank is properly vented. 1970 300 original California model.

1970 300 vert, klunk when shifting at low rpm, no sound when shifting at moderate rpm. Transmission mount? U joints seem fine.

We have a winner! Thank you thethee! I would have bet anything it was the coil but other than looking a bunch nicer than the old one it had no impact on the stalling problem. Put on a new LX-101 and that solved the problem. Did a 20 mile test flight with 10 full shutdowns and perfect restart...

I wouldn’t think so, I’ve driven it about 1,000 miles with no probelm and this just started.

For me it’s easier to eliminate old parts that I don’t know the history of. Especially if I don’t know if they were put in correctly or if they were new to begin with. A couple of hundred bucks is just a good nights sleep.

I think I’ll replace the whole electronic ignition package to start. Pretty cheap kit and would hopefully eliminate most of the things it could be.
