Big John, you are probably once again correct, there may have been a difference between the Newport and NY'ers. I do however remember for sure that the Newport wheel was not round, I remember mostly the bottom part of the wheel was more squared off to allow more room for the driver. Looking at...

Respectfully disagree with you. It's definitely a '63 Chrysler, and I believe they were also used on the '64's.

1963 Newport for sure. I spent many miles behind that wheel.

I would have to agree on this point. The "price" isn't what keeps me from owning one, its more of "what the hell would I do with it" that stops me from buying one. I've plenty of classic muscle that I enjoy driving and CAN WORK ON. Also have a '09 SRT8 Challenger that is much harder to work on...
