Saw some old Mopars in the junkyard while getting my parts

It is perhaps fitting that the tags of these fallen soldiers are collected...and remembered.

    68 power disk brake set-up

Hi - very interesting. Just so I'm clear this is the brake set-up as original to the car? Not a conversion that was installed at a later date? Thanks very much.

New wiring for an old C-body

Thanks Jason - I think you just convinced me to go your route. I'd like to re-wire my entire project but haven't really known where to start.

Lazic vision or lazor vision correction

I had it done 10 years ago or so. Great results and still 20/20. Here in Charlotte by Dr. Mozayeni at a small practice called Providence Eye. He's consistently voted as one of the finest doctors and the one other doctors visit. http://www.providenceeye.com/?gclid=CLqG7JSfx70CFSwdOgodWVcAwg...

    I wrote a book

That'd work - except I, for one, have already ordered. I might have to ship it to you and have you sign it - unless you're planning to do a book signing tour. No worries either way. Thanks!

Yes we're trying to do that - but still not much confidence on the whole reassembly part.

    Graveyard Carz

I've never heard of this show (Graveyard Carz) but figured based on the bantering here to give it a shot. Amazingly went to the DirecTV app on my phone, searched for the show, clicked "record series" and bingo. Easy as pie. Sometimes things just work. Nice surprise.

    Emergency brake debate

RockAuto has many of the parking brake components for your 77 New Yorker too. Not sure if you can rebuild the entire thing - but certainly a good start.

WTF is wrong with this world? ReallY?

I've gotta agree too. My daily driver is a 7 yr old 3-series convertible and my son is driving a 10 year old 3 series. I've driven lots of domestic, Japanese, and German cars - to me BMWs are very nearly driving perfection (on 4 wheels). But the driving part is only one part of the equation...

Good looking car. I always get a bit confused with the engine names - wasn't "Magnum" used with Dodge?
