Just the three loose ones I found @ TDC. I assume they are all like this. Yes, pre oiled and rocker shafts installed correctly.

I assume there is metal everywhere after what I found happening with the adjusters.

All the adjusters are snug and a few of the push rods are now loose. Cam was broken in at initial start up.

I think I found the problem! I will be calling 440 source in the morning and asking if he is going to rebuild my motor? I though these were supposed to be hardened? I guess not...

Here are the specs. 413 RB around 2000mi on rebuild. Edelbrock E-Streets w/440 source ductile adjustable rockers "Purple Cam" .484 lift 284 duration w/ matching hydraulic lifters 0 lash all the way around + 1turn I did not rebuild the engine myself nor do I consider myself an engine builder...

Just lucky I suppose. I was getting frustrated with my search for the missing linkage that I needed for the conversion and had "Hurst shifter" saved in my eBay search. I snapped it up at first sight!

*UPDATE* This was the best thing I could have done. Should have done it sooner but I was trying to keep the car as original as possible. But then I found a period correct Hurst/Campbell shifter. Is there something wrong with the cable or the parking brake? There are replacement cables available. The parking brake is serviceable. I had mine relined at a local brake and clutch shop.
