    Chrysler 300 oil pump removal

My 69 300 with the 440 motor has a oil leak coming from the gasket area of the oil pump, have removed the 4 retaining bolts but the darn thing wont come out it turns freely but just wont budge out of the side of the engine. Is there something holding in in? or do I give it some encouragement.

69 Chrysler 300 going for a cruize FINALLY

Hi Dabolvr, He said people get confused on how they work, in the relay there are actually 2 coils, one to open and one to close. Mine did the same as yours would open but not close. Now they do it all straight away. I will ask him to post a fix for everyone on this site.

Also those that are contemplating this job note in picture #4 you can see 3 small bolts sticking through, I did this to ensure the badge holes were correct as these 3 holes are not cut when supplied. Put 3 small bolts through the top 2 end holes and the centre bottom hole then screw down the...

1969 Rear Speaker Grille install update

Hi Thrashingcows I know what you mean better to go easy and steady because if you put too much powder in and the adhesive does not go all the way through it will come apart fairly easily. I drilled a hole so I could put a small amount of powder at a time and it has worked very well in this...

The new speaker grilles arrived in Australia this morning from Bildog who arranged manufacture of them and I have to say you can not tell the difference between the old and new apart from the fact that they are much stronger due to being made out of stainless instead of aluminium. I couldn't...
