    WANTED 1968 Fury speedo

Sounds promising. Is it in working order? Does the manual one have the little window for the gear selector in the bottom of the speedo?

    WANTED 1968 Fury speedo

Hi all. It seems that the speedo on my '68 Fury is knackered and in the process of trying to fix it I managed to break one of the studs off the back of the temp gauge... Does anyone have a complete cluster? Or just the speedo? It's a Fury 3 with column shift auto but i'm pretty sure they're all...

    68 Fury weatherstrip question

That's what I was hoping to hear. Thanks guys. On a not entirely unrelated note, my '66 Town & country also will need a front screen seal at some point. Are these the same as the 4dr sedan? Any recommendations on where to find?

    68 Fury weatherstrip question

Mines the hardtop. It's odd, rock auto, vans and most of the ones on eBay all say '65-67 but Steele and national moparts list them as '65-68. Oh well, I guess i'll see when they arrive. Can't see why they'd be different.

I can also add from my decode book: F3: Fury III custom special package* P6: either heater delete or rear seat speaker Not too sure how to read all the number related codes-30,66,78 but they are mostly related to mouldings M5X: Interior trim grade-medium, Split vinyl...

    68 Fury weatherstrip question

Hi all, i've been trying to find some weatherstrip pieces for my '68 Fury 2dr HT, specifically I need the roof rail seals and the rear quarter glass seals. However a search of the usual suspects mostly shows these parts listed as fitting '65-'67 only. Does anyone know what the difference is on...

    For Sale Wanted. Fuselage coupe.

Would love a Sport Fury. Not too keen on the '72 though.

    For Sale Wanted. Fuselage coupe.

I'm expecting a bit of work. And I have a bit of wiggle room on the price. There was a '69 Newport coupe on Hemmings for $4200 last month that looked solid, and a '71 300 that looked less solid for $6900. But i'm really liking the Furys. I think i'm drawn to the full loop bumper.

    For Sale Wanted. Fuselage coupe.

You think? I've seen a few things for sale on Craigslist and Facebook and such. Not after a perfect car, i'm after a good project. Heck, I just missed out on a '70 Sport Fury on this very forum that would've been ideal if I hadn't thought about it for a day.

    For Sale Wanted. Fuselage coupe.

I'm looking to add a dream car to my Mopar stable. I've always wanted a Fusie 2dr HT. Ideally a '69-'71 Chrysler or '70-'71 Fury. Not too fussed about options or colors but would need it to be complete and as close to rust free as possible. Also because I need to ship it, closer to the west...

'66 Town & Country in NZ

And I know how much we all love photos so here's a few more. Dwarfing my Rovers. Looking sharp. Anybody out there got that missing piece of lower rear door trim? I thing it's the same as a 4 dr sedan. And Christmas under the Pohutakawa tree.

'66 Town & Country in NZ

That meant I could start driving the car and enjoying. First task was to swap the wheels for a set of Magnum 500s I had managed to find. The whole time i'd had the car parked in various garages I had never gotten anything out of the original radio but static. But I was driving home from work...

'66 Town & Country in NZ

Thanks guys. Yes, parts can be a challenge down here. Small things are easy enough to ship but it's not like I can pop down to the local wrecker and get another bumper... So all that work meant the car was ready for compliance. Basically to register a car on NZ roads for the first time it has to...

'66 Town & Country in NZ

Subtle! I like it! Anyhoo, after almost 2 years of fruitless searching on Ebay for the missing Town & country badges off the rear guards, I found a pair in the space of a couple of weeks! Lucky.

'66 Town & Country in NZ

Not sure Jer. I have nothing against the drums really. It's got the HD 11x3" which are really pretty good and finding a donor disc setup in NZ is next to impossible which means shipping from the US at great expense. Back in my youth my brother had a rusty but cool '69 Newport with the same drums...

'66 Town & Country in NZ

Bodywork came next. There was very little rust in the car, only 3 spots required attention: Trunk floor, spare wheel well and RR quarter panel. After a year of waiting for my panelbeater to have space in his shop I finally decided to just do it myself. My welding isn't the prettiest but I did a...

'66 Town & Country in NZ

Yes, brake system upgrade is on the cards at some point. Master cylinder is easy, can you buy the appropriate distribution block anywhere? She's only a 6 passenger. I think the grab handles were added later as they aren't mentioned on the broadcast sheet. Would love to hear stories about Johnny...

'66 Town & Country in NZ

The headlights were replaced with halogens and a modern harness with relays. (had to change the lights as they dipped the wrong way) The new gauges revealed a few issues;1. the alternator was overcharging. I fiddled with the old regulator with no luck, then bought a new electronic adjustable...

'66 Town & Country in NZ

Hi folks, thought it was about time I did something on here instead of just staring at it every day. I bought my '66 T&C off a forum member (Hi Chris!) a couple of years ago and shipped it out to New Zealand. Then proceeded to take a very long time to get it road legal. But it's on the road now...
