Prefer the kind with the map light at the forward end (1969-71), but will also consider the other varieties. Thanks, Jeff

Thanks to all for the suggestions. Dave, would it be possible for you to send me a pic of what that switch looks like? I think it is is near the water pump housing?

Seeking Bodywork and Paint in Baltimore area

The guy I usually use for bodywork is not going to be available for a while for some quarter panel work and a paint job I'd like to get done. Can anyone here recommend someone good and reasonably priced in the Baltimore, MD area? Thanks, Jeff in Baltimore

    Changing dash bulbs

My 73 Town and Country has three remaining dash bulbs out -- the left turn signal, the Low Fuel, and the Engine Cold. What is the best way to access these bulbs to change them? Do they use the twist-in caps that the A and B lines use? Grateful for any hints or ideas how best to do this...

    Converting 2-seat to 3-seat

Has anyone ever converted their two-seat Mopar C wagon to a three seat? If so, what is involved in the conversion? The kids will not stop bugging me about doing this, so I figure I may as well put it on the summer project list if it is feasible. My 73 T&C already has the quarter panel gas...

WANTED Dome light fixture for 1973 C body

Hi C-body People, I'm looking for a new dome light fixture for my 1973 Town and Country. As I understand, three types will fit the 1973 models: 1) with map light switch, 2) with an argent-colored plate where the map light switch would have gone, and 3) full plastic lens. Does anyone have a...

WANTED Station wagon rear dome light assembly

Will upload one tonight. Many Mopar B and C wagons came equipped with a second dome light above the rear tailgate window with a switch to toggle it between off and on when the front dome was lit. The lens, at least, appears to be the same from the early 60s through early 70s. Chrysler also...

    WANTED 1973 rectanglular dome light

Interesting. My 73 Chrysler has a different unit altogether -- just a rectangular plastic lens, with no map light switch or function.

WANTED 4 barrel carbo for 1973 440 ci

A low-quality replacement carb that appears to have been designed for a vehicle with an electric fuel pump. It works, just takes forever to warm up. j

WANTED 4 barrel carbo for 1973 440 ci

I thought I would be able to, but my mechanic has strongly recommend that I stay with a 73 carb -- emissions being the reason. Thanks, j

    Brake lights out

Yes, I think it's probably the switch -- or the cam that contacts it. In my old Scamp, it somehow got bent, and no longer contacted the switch. This must be off just a hair for it to work sometimes but not others. It's a safety issue, so I want to get this fixed stat!

    Brake lights out

Yes, they do flash with the pedal down.

    Brake lights out

Hi guys (and gals): My brake lights on my 73 Chrysler T&C work intermittently. They were fine yesterday, but are not working today. What are most likely causes? Kind of thinking there must be an actuator on the pedal assembly --at least this is how it works on my Dart... -- but it was too...
