    Brake conversion question

66 300 brake conversion under way. Spindles and donor parts are from a 69 Polara. Ordered bearings and rotors (1 piece) from local parts stores. When putting the rotor on I have play. Remove ball joint?

Separate from spindle, check. Going to replace this ball joint with a new one. Is there a special tool to unscrew it from control arm? I'd rather not married everything up with channel locks... It's about 1 7\8" from flat side to flat side.

    Gasket

I know there used to be a gasket between the brake booster bracket and firewall. Is that something I can find online or is there another material I can get and cut to fit? Have the new bracket that matches up with a booster. Image is the old one.

    Brake Help

Fellas- Tried to bleed my brakes because they were a little spongy and had a leak coming from this connection. This is in the rear of the car on the driver's side. Is there a way to replace the connection or do I replace the lines and connection? You can see where it sprayed up onto the under body.
