I am detailing the engine compartment of my '68 300. I'd like to clean up the alternator housing without taking it apart if possible. It works fine. Does anyone have a recipe that worked well for them? Thanks.

Detailing my '68 300 engine compartment. After cleaning, noticed that the fan shroud has a few smooth shiny spots, but is mostly dull black plastic. Were these originally sprayed with a gloss clear, or should I just try to polish up the plastic a little? Other suggestions? Thanks.

Restored 300 2dr on bring a trailer now. Not mine. Nice restored car. Mostly correct, but funky upholstery seats.

Used trunk emblem from AZ (85901). Straight. Complete. Chrome has some crazing with very few pits. Plastic insert intact with some fading colors. Includes mounting speed nuts. See pics. $25 plus shipping. PM me.
